My story

Originally from Ukraine, I studied journalism — which is why I love explaining the market clearly, on YouTube and in person. Licensed in Florida since 2018, I've closed sales in Aventura, Hallandale Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines and Miami, and many rentals in Sunny Isles, Hallandale and Brickell. I work in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

I started as a broker's assistant in 2015 and earned my Florida real estate license in 2018. Today I work with Douglas Elliman from the Aventura office and run a YouTube channel about the Miami market, covering neighborhoods, prices, taxes and rentals.

How I work

Honest analysis instead of a sales pitch: I review the building's budget and reserves, inspections, insurance, flood zone and rental rules before you make an offer. For buyers abroad — live video tours, e-signatures and remote closing, plus trusted attorneys, tax advisors and lenders.
