What we collect

Information you submit in forms: name, email, phone, preferred messenger, budget, timeline, property address (for valuations) and your message. Technical data needed to deliver the site (IP address, browser type) is processed by our hosting provider. If analytics is enabled, it runs only after you consent.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To answer your inquiry and provide real estate services (steps taken at your request before a contract; legitimate interest), to send the guide or updates you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time), and to meet legal obligations such as record-keeping required of Florida real estate licensees.

Who receives it

Douglas Elliman Real Estate as the brokerage; service providers that host the site or process form submissions; and, only when needed for your transaction and with your knowledge, lenders, attorneys, title companies or inspectors. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party services on this site

Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap and flood-zone data from Esri/FEMA services; currency rates come from open.er-api.com; YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. These providers receive your IP address when their content loads. Google Fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies and local storage

We store a few preferences in your browser's local storage — language, saved listings, chosen currency and your cookie choice. They stay on your device and are not used for advertising. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

How long we keep data

Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. Transaction records are kept as long as Florida real estate rules require (generally at least 5 years).

International transfers

We are based in the United States, so data you send from the EU, UK or elsewhere is transferred to and processed in the US. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can request to know what personal information we collected, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Email lidiyatretyak1@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), which may be extended where the law allows.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
