Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity
Last updated
Our commitment
We are committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act and local human-rights ordinances. We do not discriminate in any real estate service, advertising or communication.
Protected classes
Federal law prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status and disability. Local ordinances such as Miami-Dade County's Human Rights Ordinance add further protected characteristics, including age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and source of income.
How we describe neighborhoods
We describe properties, amenities, distances and publicly available facts — never the people who live in an area. We do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods. For school ratings, crime statistics and demographics we link to independent official sources so you can make your own decisions.
Languages
Offering services in English, Russian and Ukrainian is about communication. Our services are available to everyone, regardless of national origin or language.
Reporting discrimination
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or 1-800-669-9777, or the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
